Jennifer Lopez turns Greek goddess

Jennifer Lopez looked a million miles away from Jenny from the Block as she turned dazzling Greek goddess in a photo shoot at the sacred Acropolis.

Wearing a stunning ice-blue and cream, wool and tulle Dolce & Gabbana autumn 2008 gown, with her hair teased into sexy curls, Jen smouldered for photographer Spyros Poros.

The photoshoot, reportedly for a Greek magazine, also saw her pose in a black Grecian minidress teamed with knee-high gladiator sandals and gorgeous gold jewellery.

One onlooker told The Sun: ‘She looked amazing dressed up as an ancient goddess in three different outfits.

‘At one point, she walked through the crowds wearing her dressing gown and looking very happy.’

J-Lo was in Greece for a concert on Saturday, where the singer donned three outfits for her one-off performance, including a white Charleston-style dress and black shorts with sexy over-the-knee boots.

I am not one to make fun of any woman for gaining weight while pregnant, or for taking if off slowly or not at all for that matter. But I do make fun of women who still have baby back fat and wear clothing that shows it off. Jennifer Lopez dressed like a Greek Goddess to kick off her new tour this weekend at the Acroplis in Athens…. but not wearing the correct underpinning was a Mt.Olympus sized mistake.

Wearing a fringed white dress and thigh length boots, the 39-year-old singer had the wardrobe mishap when a side view revealed she was not wearing a bra. New mum Lopez was performing to a 11,000 strong audience at the Olympic Stadium on the first leg of her world tour.

Following an afternoon shopping spree, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony celebrated his 40th birthday with a family getaway in Saint-Tropez on Wednesday night (September 17).

Before heading off of their yacht-home and out for the evening, Jennifer posed for a few pictures with one of the couple’s twin babies.

Meanwhile, Lopez recently spoke with People magazine about her plans for juggling work and motherhood. “It’s gonna be a learning experience. How will I do both? I try to take breaks from work. I’ll do a little work with the choreographers and then come back. I try to spend every free moment with the babies.”

Proud of her body after having twins, Jen tells, “The triathlon really helped get me in better shape, and snapped me back into my body. I don’t weigh myself a lot. I still have 10 lbs., or so. [But] I don’t have any problems with it. I never felt I had to get rid of it.”

On a side note, J. Lo’s also celebrating the birth of a baby niece by her sister, Lynda Lopez.

It's been a busy week for superstar Latino singer Jennifer Lopez. First the 39 year old completed the Nautica Malibu Triathlon in two hours, 23 minutes

Quick pause for breath then Lopez swiftly moved on to organising (and keeping secret) hubby Marc Anthony's surprise 40th birthday bash at the Bowery Hotel, New York.

Then, after departing for a supposedly "relaxing" European break (Portofino and St Tropez - there's a surprise), she's jetted out to Athens for two days to perform at the Olympic Stadium for the first leg of her World Tour, promote her latest boutique AND take part in a photo shoot at the Acropolis in Athens.

Oh, and in case you forgot, she gave birth to twins seven months ago!
